Old Hillside Founder’s Select Tennessee Whiskey

This Whiskey is amazing neat, with a pour of branch water, over a large cube of ice. It's also ready for classic Whiskey cocktails but we suggest a simpler approach.

Bright, medium bronze color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of smoke, cereal, dried fruits, and red plum with supporting notes of mineral, leather, and apricot stone. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a cereal-driven core with flavors akin to baked apple, corn/maize, ginger biscuits, nectarine, and allspice. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a silky texture.
