A 19th century drink like a Martinez would work great choice as would a Negroni or a Boulevardier with its wood element. It would also be great over a large, single rock too. Use this unconventional Gin in unconventional ways.

The judges called this an aged, dry version of an Old Tom but it really does elude classification.

Bright, medium gold color. The aromatics are quite faint, offering subtle scents of ginger biscuits, juniper, acetate (that dissipated after opening), and mandarin with supporting notes of honeysuckle, earth, and coriander. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering an orange peel-driven core with flavors of sandalwood and citrus. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a supple texture.
