Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, offering aromas of candied citrus zest and mineral with supporting notes of lemon zest. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a lemon-driven core with supporting flavors of corn/maize, chalk, and hints of dried herbs. The finish dry and clean. Medium-bodied and favorably balanced with a silky texture.
