The judges loved the balance of flavors and restrained sugars.

Bright, medium golden/amber color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of honey, vanilla bean, and baking spices with supporting floral notes and a hint of campfire. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a honey/vanilla-driven core with supporting flavors of brown sugar, caramel, and toffee. The finish is balanced. Medium-bodied and ideally balanced with a vibrant yet lush texture.
