Bright, medium yellow color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of pineapple, molasses, vanilla bean, and cinnamon with supporting notes of clove, tropical fruit, and baking spices. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a caramel-driven core with flavors of pineapple, cocoa, and crème brulee. The finish is long. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a velvety texture.
