Procera Blue Dot — 2023 Vintage Gin

A bold Gin for use in a Martini or as a great power base for Negroni. It can be a chilled shot to accompany caviar.

The judges have mixed reactions (but this is normal for Gin!). Some found it be perfectly balanced while others found it assertive.

Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of juniper and camphor with supporting notes of hay and sandalwood. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering an earth-driven core with supporting flavors of mineral, forest floor, and sea salt. The finish is sharp. Full-bodied and favorably balanced with an opulent texture.
