Bright, medium mahogany color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of charred oak, vanilla bean, and gingerbread with supporting notes of baking spices, banana bread, roasted nuts, and cereal. The palate echoes the nose delivering a baking spices-driven core with flavors reminiscent of charred oak, dark chocolate, brown sugar, raisin, and apricot. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a chewy texture.
