Rancho La Gloria Blanco, 100% Agave Tequila

The judges admired the clean nature of this spirit but found it to be rather faint for a 100% Agave Tequila.

Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is subtle, offering scents of agave, honeydew, citrus, and earth with supporting notes of almonds and mandarin. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering a black pepper-driven core with supporting flavors of grapefruit zest, black pepper, and spice. The finish is bitter. Light to medium-bodied and largely balanced with a lean texture.
