Bright, medium mahogany color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of baking spices, banana bread, red cherry, dried fruits, and vanilla bean with supporting notes of ginger biscuits and caramel. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a baking spices-driven core with flavors of cinnamon, brown sugar, baked apple, vanilla bean, toffee, and maple syrup. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a velvety texture.
