Redemption Straight Rye Whiskey

This needs nothing but a glass served neat with a splash of water. In cocktails we suggest a Whisky Smash with lemons, mint and peaches.

The judges remarked on this Whiskey's great complexity with great alcohol integration.

Brilliant, medium copper/bronze color. The nose is subtle, offering scents of coffee, smoked meat, dark chocolate, and clove with supporting notes of dried fruits, baked apple, five spice, and forest floor. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a chocolate-driven core with flavors of treacle, toffee, and fruitcake. The finish is long. Full-bodied and ideally balanced with a succulent texture.
