Brilliant, medium amber color. The nose is subtle, offering scents of red apple, orange peel, graphite, and malted barley with supporting notes of cereal and wet stones. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering an earth-driven core with flavors of forest floor, green apple, caramel, malted barley, and baked apple. The finish is sharp. Medium-bodied and largely balanced with a vibrant texture.
