Bright, medium copper/bronze color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of apricot, cinnamon, leather, and ginger with supporting notes of chalk, fig, raisin, and anise. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a tropical fruit-driven core with flavors akin to dried fruits, leather, apricot stone, and candied ginger. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a velvety texture.
