A unique and complex style that combines the grassy and raw elements of an agricole with sweet and decadent barrel flavors.

Bright, light amber color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of kiwi, crème brulee, and grass with supporting notes of lychee, marzipan, and caramel. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering a baked apple-driven core with flavors of sea salt, mineral, and tropical fruit. The finish is dry. Medium to full-bodied and nicely balanced with a lean texture.
