Bright, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of chalk, straw, and mushroom with supporting notes of forest floor and pot-still notes. The palate echoes the nose delivering a straw-driven core with flavors akin to grass and river stones and citrus. The finish is long. Medium to full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with an opulent texture.
