The unique blend caught the eye and palate of our judges.

Bright, crystal clear. The nose is subtle, offering scents of agave and mineral with supporting notes of green bell pepper and white pepper. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering an agave-driven core with flavors of agave, slate, green bell pepper, mineral, and hints of grass. The finish is dry. Medium-bodied and substantially balanced with a lean texture.
