The judges found this drink to be big and bold — needing dilution and an addition of fresh citrus.

Brilliant, medium amber color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of allspice, orange peel, vanilla, and oak with supporting notes of clove, toffee, and orange peel. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering a baking spices-driven core with flavors of oak, allspice, vanilla, and orange peel. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and ideally balanced with a chewy texture.
