The judges loved the notable agave and wood flavors with bold salinity and minerality.

Brilliant, pale amber color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of agave, marzipan, and quince with supporting notes of citrus, vanilla bean, and oak. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering an agave-driven core with flavors of cinnamon toast, baked tropical fruit, and hints of lime. The finish is long. Medium-bodied and ideally balanced with a juicy texture.
