Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of lemon zest, pomelo, citrus zest, and sea salt with supporting notes of tart tropical fruits. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a citrus-driven core with flavors akin to lemon zest, red grapefruit, and lime candy. The finish is dry. Light to medium-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a vibrant texture.
