The judges saw this as a canned Bee's Knees that would perk up over ice with some fresh citrus.

Hazy, medium yellow color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of citrus and wild flowers with supporting notes of mild chilies and juniper. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a lemon-driven core with flavors akin to honey and lemon curd. The finish is crisp. Light to medium-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a vibrant texture.
