Bright, deep tawny/amber color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of cashew butter, ginger biscuits, roasted nuts, and candied ginger with supporting notes of black cherry, mineral, honey, and cereal. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a honey-driven core with flavors reminiscent of grains, butterscotch, vanilla, and black pepper. The finish is hot. Full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a creamy texture.
