The judges were thrilled by the complexity and balance of this product with a heart of Port with Gin-like accents.

Hazy, pale straw color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of citrus zest and green tea with supporting notes of honeysuckle and green melon. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a citrus-driven core with flavors of pomelo, bees wax, and White Port. The finish is crisp. Light to medium-bodied and ideally balanced with a vibrant texture.
