Bright, medium copper/bronze color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of toffee, vanilla, molasses, and blanched almonds with supporting notes of baking spices, caramel, and oak. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a maple syrup-driven core with supporting flavors of treacle, honey, and fruitcake. The finish is sweet. Medium to full-bodied and substantially balanced with a silky texture.
