The Busker Single Malt Irish Whiskey

This Whiskey is best sipped neat with perhaps a small bit of ice and a splash of water. If you are to use it in a cocktail we really like it in the classic Tipperary Cocktail.

Wonderfully balanced and complex with the higher proof being perfectly integrated.

Brilliant, medium golden color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of honey, pear, cinnamon, treacle, and orange peel with supporting notes of peach, brioche, and apricot. The palate echoes the nose delivering a baking spices-driven core with flavors akin to oak, apricot, pear, baked apple, and honey. The finish is long. Full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a silky texture.
