Brilliant, medium copper/amber color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of red currant and baking spices with supporting notes of orange peel and treacle. The palate confirms the nose delivering a malted barley-driven core with supporting flavors of honey, orange zest, red plum, and black tea. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and perfectly balanced with an opulent texture.
