Brilliant, medium golden color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of vanilla bean, charred oak, and baking spices with supporting notes of fruitcake, oak, and candied ginger. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering a dried fruits-driven core with flavors reminiscent of toasted cereal, vanilla bean, gingerbread, and banana bread. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a voluptuous texture.
