Bright, medium bronze color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of baking spices, cereal, treacle, red apple, and dried fruits with supporting notes of mocha and honey. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a cereal-driven core with supporting flavors of cinnamon, oak, earth, fruitcake, leather, and baked apple. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and substantially balanced with a meaty texture.
