Bright, deep golden color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of caramel, baking spices, honey, and leather with supporting notes of fruitcake, raisin, apricot, vanilla, and ginger biscuits. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a malted barley-driven core with flavors of baking spices, apricot, oak, treacle, and pear. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and perfectly balanced with a chewy texture.
