Bright, medium amber color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of dried fruits, candied ginger, brown sugar, charred oak, and nutmeg with supporting notes of cigar box and allspice. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering an oak-driven core with flavors reminiscent of apricot, maple syrup, cereal, fruitcake, and fig. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a creamy texture.
