Widow Jane Paradigm Rye Whiskey

Serve neat or on the rocks. In cocktails we are leaning toward the New York Sour while a Manhattan is also a strong choice.

Wonderfully complex and super inviting (pleasing youthful notes found in the glass) giving us all we want in an American Rye.

Bright, medium copper/bronze color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting aromas of treacle, dried fruits, baking spices, caramel, cereal, and charred oak with supporting notes of leather and earth. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a baking spices-driven core with flavors of mocha, fruitcake, fig, and cinnamon. The finish is long. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with an opulent texture.
