Why Our Judges Loved this Spirit
The brilliant, deep golden color catches the eye showing obvious signs of wood aging without added color. The aromatics are powerful yet restrained, focused on ripe orchard fruits with accents of citrus, rye bread, and dried herbs. The palate delivers classic Rye spice with dried black berries, baked apple, and ideally integrated oak notes. It’s aged in new American oak for a minimum of four years.
